Henry Bryan is a co-founder and President of Citation Capital Partners, Inc. He has been in the real estate finance business since 1991. Prior to forming Citation Capital Partners, Inc. Henry worked at George Smith Partners for eight years where he worked directly with George Smith arranging financing for all types of real estate transactions including equity, debt, bridge, mezz, and construction.
Before working at GSP, Henry was a loan officer at First Federal Bank, located in Santa Monica, California. At First Federal Bank, Mr. Bryan originated loans and specialized in single family, multi-family, industrial, and commercial financing. Henry has also participated with the City of Santa Monica in the TORCA condo conversion program and the Shared Appreciation Program.
Since 1990, Mr. Bryan has been involved with many organizations, including: The Santa Monica Junior Chamber of Commerce, Heal the Bay, Christmas in April, The Vikings Club, Catholic Big Brothers, The Boys and Girls Club Board of Directors in Santa Monica, and The Arthritis Foundation.
Henry has been educated locally in Los Angeles at Loyola High School and Loyola Marymount University. Henry is married with three children and resides in Pacific Palisades.
